Meet Our Key Cast

Erazem Martinjak - "Jamie"

Erazem is a London-based actor of Slovenian origin. A graduate of the University of Westminster (BA Film), he has built experience across short films, theatre, and music videos. He plays Jamie, The Filmmaker.

Asiya is a young emerging trans actress based in London. She plays Doris, a bubbly, trans costume supervisor and Jamie's best friend.

Dejan is an actor, TV host, and author. In 'The Filmmaker', he plays a senior producer, Jon, who is offering Jamie a golden opportunity to finally rise as a director.

Behind The Scenes

This is me, Jay!

Jay Manari is a non-binary, award-winning director with a passion for crafting compelling narratives in period dramas, romance, and coming-of-age stories.

Jay started out working on independent films and commercials both in Europe (Italy) and in the U.S back in 2014 where he worked with LA producers, such as Ed Polgardy, and, in the last years, in the UK, with series producer Jon Jennings, assisting directors like Ben Taylor (known for popular shows like for ‘Sex Education’) and Amanda Brotchie (known for ‘Gentleman Jack’). Since August 2025, Jay has been shadowing on ITV dramas, while also working on Rings of Power Season 3. More recently he has worked on the upcoming Harry Potter HBO Series.
